Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, which is run by KODtrends, Lekki Phase 1, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping & delivery and Returns policies.

1. Products and prices

  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We try to show colours and details accurately, but they can look slightly different on different screens.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before processing your order. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

2. Your order

  • Your order is confirmed once your payment has been received and you see the order confirmation page.
  • In the rare case that an item sells out after you have paid, we will contact you and offer a full refund for that item.
  • Please check your size, delivery details and phone number before paying. We deliver to the address you give us.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD. Your card details are entered on their secure pages; we never receive or store them.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, fees and timelines are set out in our Shipping & delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns and exchanges

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We only exchange an item if we delivered the wrong size or the item is damaged or defective due to our error, reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. See our Returns policy for details.

6. Our responsibility to you

As far as Nigerian law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other Nigerian consumer law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State will deal with any dispute.
